Field Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Head cum Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction of our upcoming branches. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring timely completion of projects with high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

• Ensure that construction work is progressing as per the timeline, budget, and approved plans.

• Maintain quality standards in all phases of construction.

• Monitor contractor and labor performance on a daily basis.

• Communicate effectively with architects, vendors, and the internal team.

• Maintain site records, daily logs, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
