We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team at Alert Securitas to handle customer site visits, handle staff, manage daily operations, provide exceptional support and resolve queries related to Security Guard and Facility Management Services. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle our project site professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Manage staff and operations on site.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for customer site visits, handle staff, manage daily operations, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary, provide exceptional support and resolve queries related to Security Guard and Facility Management Services . The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
