Job Title: Supervisor - Electrical Construction

Reports to: Project Manager/Operations Manager

Location: Anywhere in Odisha

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of electricians, coordinate with other departments, and ensure projects meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Supervise electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.

2. Team Management: Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

3. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

4. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.

5. Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Client Relations: Interact with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in electrical construction, with supervisory experience preferred.

2. Certifications: Valid electrical license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA).

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical construction principles, practices, and safety standards.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Certifications: HSC
