Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive( Fully Field Work )to join our team at Shine Projects India. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹25000(10th) - ₹31000(Graduate) and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the Shine Points Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

• Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely Job. Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
