💼 Role: Field Sales Executive

📍 Location: Your city (field work – no daily office attendance)

🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Sat

✨ What You’ll Do:

Visit 10–15 retail stores daily (grocery, fashion, electronics, etc.)

Pitch ShinePoints software and offer 1-month free trial

Convert free trials into annual subscriptions (₹999/year)

Build strong relationships with shopkeepers

Achieve & exceed monthly targets for attractive incentives

🎯 What We Offer:

Salary:

12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25k take-home)

Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31k take-home)

Perks: ₹100/day transport allowance + ₹250/shop above target
