Job Description

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Field Bank Account Opening Executives who can visit customers at their homes, shops, offices and business locations to promote and open different types of bank accounts, including Savings Accounts and Pigmy Accounts.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, explaining banking products, collecting the required KYC documents and assisting clients throughout the account-opening process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit potential customers in assigned areas for bank account opening.

2. Promote and explain Savings Accounts and Pigmy Deposit Accounts.

3. Generate new customers through field visits and direct marketing.

4. Assist customers with the account-opening application process.

5. Collect and verify required KYC documents as per company guidelines.

6. Help customers complete account-opening forms and documentation.

7. Explain account benefits, deposit facilities and applicable charges.

8. Follow up with customers regarding pending account-opening applications.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Must be comfortable with outdoor field visits.

- Knowledge of local areas and languages is an advantage.

- Must have a smartphone.
