Customer Support Field Executive

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Shift Timing: Day & Night Field Operations
Salary: ₹20,000 Fixed + ₹1,200 per Night Shift

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage on-ground execution of outdoor advertising campaigns including pole advertising, hoardings, and newspaper insert activities. The role involves extensive field operations, vendor coordination, site supervision, and campaign execution during both day and night shifts.

This position is best suited for candidates interested in outdoor advertising operations and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise outdoor advertising operations across multiple locations

• Coordinate installation of pole kiosks, hoardings, and branding materials

• Handle newspaper insert campaign operations and distribution coordination

• Conduct regular field visits for campaign monitoring and execution

• Coordinate with vendors, printing teams, and installation staff

• Ensure advertisements are installed correctly and on time

• Handle operational planning, scheduling, and reporting

• Resolve on-ground operational issues during campaign execution

Requirements

• Candidate must be comfortable with both day and night field operations

• Candidate must own a bike/two-wheeler for field travel

• Must be willing to travel across locations for site operations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage vendors and field teams

• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

• Freshers with good management and coordination skills can also apply

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates interested in advertising and on-ground operations preferred

• Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work

• Immediate joiners preferred
