We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team to handle the queries related to weather monitoring stations maintenance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹23,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Our stations are simple in design and can be trained to operate and maintain easily.
Handle site maintenance as per our schedule.
Address the queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of incharge-interactions and follow up when required.
Must ready to travel across your state for resolving any technical issues (in case of emergency only).
Travel allowance & Daily food allowance during site visits will be paid by the company as allowance including petrol bills (Rs.3-00 per Kilometer).
Boarding & lodging amount will be paid by the company during outstation visit from your hometown.
Petrol.food & lodging must be produced at the time of bill-claiming.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for addressing immediate queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
