Job Description

We are hiring KYC Field Executives for customer verification and onboarding. The candidate will visit customers, verify KYC documents, collect required information and complete the verification process as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for physical KYC and address verification.

- Verify and collect required KYC documents.

- Complete customer onboarding and KYC within TAT.

- Update customer details through the company app/system.

- Maintain daily visit and KYC reports.

- Handle customer queries and follow up for pending documents.

- Achieve daily/monthly KYC targets.

- Follow KYC, AML and data privacy guidelines.
