Job Title: Office Assistant / Field Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Field Executive to handle document collection and delivery activities. The role involves visiting vendor locations, submitting challans, delivering invoices, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth business operations.

Salary Offered - 16 - 20k/month + Travelling Allowance
Key Responsibilities
• Submit delivery challans, invoices, and other business documents to vendors and customers.
• Collect signed copies of invoices, acknowledgments, and required documents from vendors.
• Visit vendor locations as per the assigned schedule.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents.
• Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, and procurement teams regarding document status.
• Maintain records of submitted and collected documents.
• Follow up with vendors for pending acknowledgments or documentation.
• Report daily field activities and updates to the supervisor.
• Handle basic administrative and courier-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in field operations, document delivery, or office support is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local routes and vendor locations.
• Ability to manage multiple visits and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and record keeping.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
