• Visit policyholders to collect outstanding insurance premiums.

• Deliver policy documents, receipts, and other important communications to clients.

• Address basic client queries related to payments or documents in person.

• Maintain accurate records of all field visits, collections, and deliveries.

• Ensure timely reporting of field activities to the office

• Ability to navigate within the assigned local area (Nerul, ulwe and surrounding regions).

• Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license
