Field Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Executives, Field Engineers, Calibration Engineers, Service Engineers to become a valuable part of our team for AXES METROLOGY based in Indore, located at Electronic Complex, Pardeshipura. The role offers Rs. 15000-25000 CTC and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Calibration and Services . Key Responsibilities:

• Visit to customer's places for Techno-commercial discussions, collection-delivery of instruments, On-site Calibration activities, Servicing of Measuring Instruments like: CMM etc.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-3 years of experience in customer service & supports related field, who are proficient in Hindi and writing in English. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates having 12th in PCM, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics will be preferred. Candidates must be open to working 06-days appx. 09-00 Hrs working during the day shift.
