Assistant Manager

• Lead and manage a team of executives handling stock market operations and client portfolios.

• Ensure team performance by setting targets and providing continuous support and motivation.

• Stay updated with stock market trends, SEBI regulations, and provide accurate market insights.

• Monitor client investments and ensure timely advice and support to maximize returns.

• Prepare and review performance reports, and ensure adherence to organizational goals.

• Handle escalations, resolve client issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the stock/share market domain is mandatory.

• Prior experience in managing a team is essential.

• Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and SEBI guidelines.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Graduation is a must; certification in NISM or similar will be a plus.
