Key Responsibilities
Document Collection: Visit customers to collect DDs, share certificates, letters, and other required documents.
Submission to Banks: Deliver collected documents to banks or designated offices within stipulated timelines.
Verification: Check documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Record Maintenance: Maintain logs of collected and submitted documents for tracking and audit purposes.
Customer Interaction: Communicate politely and professionally with customers during collection.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
