Field Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Field Executive to join our team at our Retail Division of Radiant Propadvisors Pvt. Ltd. This is an on-ground role that involves meeting landlords, scouting prime retail locations, and managing property data. If you enjoy being on the move and have a knack for networking, this role offers a dynamic environment with clear opportunities for growth.

Salary: ₹ 8,000 – ₹ 10,000 + Travel Allowances

Location:Kolkata & Surrounding Areas

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:Visit landlords of properties received as leads to verify details and discuss brokerage terms.

Property Scouting: Actively scout commercial retail properties in specific areas based on current brand requirements.

Data Collection: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties for client presentations.

CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and real-time records of site visits, landlord contact details, and property specifications on our mobile CRM/tracking app.

Field Reporting: Coordinate with the office team to provide timely updates on inventory availability and market trends.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.

Tools:Must possess a Smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps for data entry and GPS tracking.

Education: Minimum qualification is a Diploma or Higher Secondary (10+2).

Communication: Should have a professional approach when speaking with property owners and local partners.

Availability: Must be open to a 6-day working week (Day Shift).
