We are looking for an experienced RF Team Coordinator who can manage day-to-day activities of RF engineers, track field tasks, and ensure smooth coordination for telecom projects.

Responsibilities:
• Assign and coordinate daily RF field tasks
• Track site visits, reports, and project progress
• Client coordination and job order updates
• Follow-up for documentation, photos, and reports
• Maintain team attendance, trackers, and performance records
• Support Project Manager in overall project coordination

Requirements:
• Any Graduate / Diploma
• 4–5 years telecom coordination experience
• Strong communication and team-handling skills
• Good knowledge of RF field operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and scheduling
