We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team to handle customer's calls, provide exceptional customer support and collects dues to Recovery. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 or in commission based and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visits customer's address, shares location and photo of the area or the customer's and have conversation regarding the dues and collection.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Has to be trustworthy to handle the cash and Depositing the cash in hand in the meantime in office
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for contactingthe customer at their addresses and resolving the case by making them pay for their dues. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
