Job Description

We are looking for a Field Executive – Loan & Credit Card Collection to join our team at Spark Ent.
This role involves visiting customers for collection of overdue loan and credit card payments, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring timely recovery as per company policies. The role offers In Hand Salary and a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for loan & credit card overdue collections
Follow up on pending payments and negotiate repayment plans
Maintain daily collection reports and update records
Achieve monthly collection targets

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Must be DRA Certified
Ability to understand and speak basic English
Willing to travel for field visits

NOTE - The job and office location will be Ludhiana, but the interview process will be conducted at our Mohali office.
