Job Description :- Collection, Portfolio handling for Two-Wheeler and Four Wheels.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

•Contact debtors via Field to discuss overdue payments

•Negotiate repayments plants and terms to facilitate debt recovery

•Maintain accurate records off all communication and agreements .

•Follow up on payments commitments and update the status of outstanding debts.

•Ensure complains with legal regulations and company policies.

•Provide costumers with information and support to help them resolve their debts .
