Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their location for payment collection.
Collect outstanding dues and submit payments as per company process.
Explain payment details to customers in a clear and polite manner.
Maintain daily collection records and reports.
Coordinate with the office team regarding collection updates.
Follow company rules and collection guidelines.
Handle customer queries related to payments.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.
Experience in field collection, recovery, sales, or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Ability to travel in the assigned area.
