Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Agent – International Voice Process

Company: Leading MNC
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance / Cab Facility
Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team, serving US-based customers. In this role, you will interact with customers over phone calls, address their concerns efficiently, and deliver an outstanding service experience while achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound calls from international customers.

  • Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, billing, payments, returns, and account services.

  • Identify customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and productivity benchmarks.

  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience on every call.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.

  • Exceptional freshers with excellent spoken English may also apply.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English are mandatory.

  • Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekly rotational offs.

  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
