Primary Responsibilities:
1. Deployment and Supervision:
• Ensure timely deployment of security personnel at client sites.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of guards/bouncers/PSOs.
• Conduct surprise visits and regular checks at duty locations.
2. Client Coordination:
• Maintain daily contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and feedback.
• Provide reports or updates to clients as per requirement.
3. Staff Management:
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff.
• Conduct regular briefings to maintain performance standards.
• Handle leaves, substitutions, and shift planning.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
• Submit daily activity reports, incident reports, and site audit reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of staff records, attendance, and deployment registers.
5. Logistics & Equipment Handling:
• Ensure uniforms, ID cards, and necessary equipment are distributed and used properly.
• Collect feedback on gear requirements and maintenance needs from the field.
6. Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure all guards follow company rules, SOPs, and site-specific protocols.
• Monitor licenses, background verifications, and compliance of personnel with labor laws.
7. Emergency Handling:
• Be available during emergencies (accidents, fights, health issues, etc.) and coordinate immediate action.
• Liaise with law enforcement or medical services when necessary
