Job Title: Escalation Specialist - (Voice Email Process)

Experience: Fresher / 1 to 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home + CTC + Variables
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days of work, 1 rotational day off.
Language: Excellent English Mandatory
Responsibilites:
Handle customer service requests via email and calls.
Provide customer support using CRM/support tools.
Follow up on unresolved customer queries.
Provide feedback to management for process improvement.
Handled escalation calls, SLA.
Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM with accuracy.
Prior experience in the voice/email process is preferred.
