Emergency Travel Services (ETS) & Service Excellence Centre (SEC)

Role: Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Location: DN Road, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Air ticketing using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

  • Corporate travel & emergency bookings

  • Non-air services: Rail, Visa, Bus, Insurance

  • Billing, invoicing & reconciliation

  • Customer coordination & same-day collections

Requirements:

  • Corporate travel ticketing experience

  • Strong GDS knowledge

  • Ready for night shifts

  • Immediate joiners preferred
