Job Description

We are looking for a Email Process Executive to join our team at ICIC PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
