Role & Responsibilities
Customer Service Process:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently
Provide accurate banking information and resolve customer issues
Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Email Process:
Manage customer interactions through email professionally and promptly
Respond to queries, requests, and complaints in a clear and concise manner
Maintain proper documentation and follow escalation protocols when required
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (V4 quality)
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work under rotational shifts and maintain service accuracy
Compensation
Customer Service: ₹16,000 CTC per month
Email Process: ₹18,000 CTC per month
Work Schedule
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
Shift Timings:
Females: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day window)
Males: Rotational shifts
