Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Executive to join our customer experience team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers via email, delivering prompt, professional, and accurate solutions to inquiries, feedback, and technical concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product inquiries.
Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in all written communications.
Escalate complex technical or operational issues to appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Identify recurring trends and feedback to help improve processes and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in email support, customer service, or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
Exceptional written communication, grammar, and comprehension skills in English.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
