We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and convert inquiries into successful sales — all through chat and email. No phone calls, no fieldwork.
Respond to customer inquiries on chat, email, and other text-based platforms (like WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat).
Provide accurate product information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers throughout the purchase journey — from product recommendation to post-sale support.
Convert leads and conversations into confirmed orders through friendly and persuasive communication.
Follow up with abandoned carts or pending queries to close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, returns, and escalations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Excellent written communication in English.
Comfortable using chat, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of conversations.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce is a bonus.
