Job Description

Job Title: Email & Chat Process Executive

Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview:

Provide real-time assistance to customers through chat, addressing queries related to stock trading, Demat accounts, and investment services. Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (BPO / BFSI)

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills

  • Basic understanding of stock market or financial services preferred

  • Age: 18 to 35 years

Shift & Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour rotational shift)

  • 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary:

  • ₹19,900 – ₹21,500 (In-hand)
