We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Executive to manage online communication, assist members, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat, email, and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
Respond to inquiries about subscriptions, login access, flight/hotel deals, renewals, and offers.
Log and track issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Tech teams for quick issue handling.
Maintain detailed communication records and update the CRM or ticketing system.
Share FAQs, policies, and plan details with customers to promote self-service.
Identify upselling or renewal opportunities during customer interactions.
Ensure service quality and response timelines are consistently met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in customer support / chat process / email handling (travel industry preferred).
Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and WhatsApp Web.
Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude.
