Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email & Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through email and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and communication guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
Excellent written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills)
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 1–3years in customer support (Email/Chat preferred)
Preferred:
Prior experience in Email/Chat Process
Experience in BPO/Customer Support roles
