We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process. The candidate will handle customer queries and concerns through calls , email and Web chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Position: Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely follow-ups when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document all interactions, issues
Educational Qualifications:
HSC or Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Prior experience in email/chat support or customer service is an added advantage.
Experience in an international process is preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously.
Good computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
Work Schedule:
5 days working with rotational day shifts between 9:30 am and 9pm.
