Email & Chat Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Semi Voice Process Executive to handle broadband plan activations, KYC verification, and customer email support. The role involves limited outbound calling along with backend and email-based communication to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Voice Support (Limited Calling)

• Contact customers for broadband plan confirmation and activation.

• Assist customers with plan details, pricing, and benefits.

• Follow up on pending documents or incomplete KYC.

• Handle basic customer queries over phone.

📄 KYC Verification

• Verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof).

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

• Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious cases to supervisors.

📧 Email & Backend Support

• Respond to customer emails regarding plan activation and service queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams for activation status.

• Maintain SLA timelines for email responses.

• Update ticketing systems with proper case notes.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• Basic knowledge of broadband services is preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

💻 Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Typing speed: 25–30 WPM preferred.

• Attention to detail for KYC verification.

• Customer-centric approach.

🕒 Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts (if applicable)

• 6 days working / Weekly off (as per policy)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
