Job Description

Job Title: Chat & Email Associate • Key Responsibilities: o Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and chat. o Ensure that each interaction is handled professionally, empathetically, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. o Adhere to email etiquette standards and follow communication guidelines. o Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team o Maintain consistent and professional communication while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). o Ensure customer service metrics are met, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings. o Stay updated with product/service information to assist customers effectively. o Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. o Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. o Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. o Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. o Respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Qualifications: o Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and verbal). o Language preferred for verbal communication Hindi, Kannada, English and other south Indian languages is an added advantage. o Minimum 1 year of experience in a non-voice process (Chat & Email support) is preferred. o Candidates must graduate with any Stream o Freshers are welcome to apply but not for candidates with a technical background. o Strong written communication skills with proficiency in email etiquette. o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. o Understanding of customer service metrics and performance expectations. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Ability to remain calm and professional in all customer interactions. o Communicating with customers (CHAT EMAIL & CALLS) o Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. o Open to BCP as per business requirement. o Good verbal and written communication o Basic knowledge of Excel o Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. o Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
