The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via email and chat platforms.

• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer inquiries.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

• Adhere to company protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer support (email/chat process preferred).

• Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi (verbal & written) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in typing.

Work Location:

Marathahalli, Bangalore (On-site)
