We are hiring Email Support Executives for handling backend and customer service operations related to IPRU(ICICI Prudential Life Insurance). This is a non-voice, email-based role ideal for candidates with strong written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and service requests via email professionally and accurately

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve policy, claims, or payment-related issues

• Document interactions using CRM/ticketing tools

• Meet TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality standards for email responses

• Follow company SOPs, compliance, and data privacy guidelines

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate Freshers or HSC + 6 month experienced candidates can apply

• Skills:

  • Good written English and grammar

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM

  • Basic MS Office / email handling knowledge

• Experience in BPO/Insurance/Banking email support is a plus

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
