Education Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate Educational Counsellor who can guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. You will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their goals, and recommending the right courses to help them build a successful future.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career paths, and admission processes

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and inquiries on WhatsApp/email

• Provide detailed information on programs, curriculum, fees, and placement support

• Maintain engagement with leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions

• Assist in enrollment procedures and documentation

• Conduct webinars, counselling sessions, and campus walk-ins smoothly

• Build strong relationships with students and parents

• Maintain CRM records and track admissions performance

• Collaborate with marketing & academic teams for promotional activities

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with Freshers.
