Education Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable educational programs and assist in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in education or sales counselling, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on available courses and admission procedures

Conduct in-person, telephonic, or online counselling sessions

Assess student needs and recommend appropriate programs

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

Maintain and update the student database and CRM systems

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure student satisfaction

Achieve monthly enrolment targets and other performance metrics

Participate in education fairs, open houses, and institutional events
