Position: Debt Recovery Officer
Qualification: 10th, Diploma, Undergraduate or Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Experience : Fresher and Experience (Both can Apply)
Skills required: Basic knowledge of Collection, Good Communication, Basic Computer Knowledge

Job responsibility
· Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues or payments.

· Explain outstanding details clearly and professionally.

· Maintain customer records and update call status in the system.

· Meet daily and monthly targets for collections and call volume.

Handle customer queries politely and ensure customer satisfaction
