Job Description

We are looking for a DEBT RECOVERY AGENT to join our team at Tieup Auxiliary. This role involves making calls,doing the payments . The role offers ₹10000 - ₹35000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments

- Explain repayment options, negotiate settlements, and convince customers to pay

- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain call quality

- Update payment commitments and call remarks in CRM/system

- Meet daily calling and collection targets

Requirements:

- Good Hindi, Telugu, and English speaking skills

- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

- 1 to 3 Years experience in collections/BPO preferred

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills

- Willing to work in a target-driven environment
