⏩Make or receive customer calls to address queries, promote products/services, or resolve issues.
⏩Explain offers, handle objections, and maintain positive customer relations.
⏩Update call records in CRM and meet daily/weekly targets.
⏩Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality communication.
✅Skills Required:
🔲Good verbal communication in the required language(s).
🔲Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
🔲Persuasive speaking and listening abilities.
