Key Responsibilities

Generate sales by converting leads into successful policy purchases.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers regarding policy inquiries and renewals.
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
