Customer Support Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer end inquiries regarding water purification spares.

• Prepare and send accurate quotations in line with customer requirements.

• Monitor and ensure the availability of spares by coordinating with the Stores team and process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Ensure timely dispatch of spares by closely following up with the Stores.

• Track and maintain records of inquiries, quotations, stock, and dispatches. Follow up with Courier services for timely delivery of spares to customer end.

• Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues.

• Accurate utilization of sales force and ERP for managing customer interactions, tracking inquiries, and updating records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 3-5 years of experience in handling customer query , preferably in water purification or a related industry.

• Proficiency in CRM /ERP, Knowledge of MS Office.

• MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
