We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executive / Customer Support Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, emails, and queries.
Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and follow up with leads/customers.
For Team Leaders: Manage the support team, monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure team targets are achieved.
Requirements:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Maintain and update customer/lead information in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing team.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
Schedule meetings/calls with interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Prepare basic customer and follow-up reports.
