Team Leader – Customer Care
Job Role:
Lead and manage a team of customer care executives/service coordinators.
Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with service engineers and other departments for issue resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service quality standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and team discipline.
Ensure compliance with Samsung's customer service processes and policies.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in customer care, after-sales service, or team handling.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
Ability to handle customer escalations and work under pressure.
