Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Team Leader in a customer support (voice & non-voice) role.
Excellent communication skills – spoken and written.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with customer service tools/CRMs.
Ability to work in a day shift and meet tight deadlines.
