Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly insurance call targets.
• Monitor call quality, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
• Proactively guide the team in explaining the importance of medical examinations for insurance policy activation.
• Handle escalations and provide accurate information to resolve client concerns regarding medical tests.
• Coordinate with medical testing centers and underwriting teams to ensure timely completion of policy requirements.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate team reports and ensure CRM records are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with management to improve calling scripts, processes, and overall efficiency.
