Job Description

Hiring: Merchant Support Associate – (Blended - semi Voice Process)

Salary: ₹30,000

Shifts: Rotational Day Shifts

Languages: English + Hindi (Fluent)

Training: 3 weeks | Stipend: ₹12,000

Process: Blended

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Explore and work hands-on with RazorpayX Payroll and other app suites

Handle end-to-end merchant queries/concerns, ensuring high satisfaction

Report any experience breakages across platforms

Ensure SLA compliance for Tickets & Chats as per OKRs

Share merchant feedback with relevant teams along with suggestions

Coordinate with Product Managers on product issues/bugs

Collaborate with various internal Razorpay teams to close pending merchant issues
