We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chat Support Executives to provide exceptional customer service through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written English, strong typing skills, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, accounts, billing, and technical issues.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues by following standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy (45+ WPM preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, web browsers).
