About the Role
Zaffify is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of Customer Support Executive. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer queries and provide prompt assistance over phone calls.
Follow up with customers to confirm successful delivery of their orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contact customers whose orders have been marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and coordinate re-delivery by understanding and resolving the reason for non-delivery.
Call customers with abandoned carts, address their concerns, and encourage them to complete their purchase.
Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or Sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
